"Last Bar Before The Jungle" - Salt Whistle Bay - Mayreau - St Vincent & The Grenadines

Property Description

Join us from July 5 - August 5, 2023, for a WORKATION IN PARADISE!! We bought the land (beachfront!!!) right behind many sailors' favorite Caribbean bar "The Last Bar Before The Jungle" on Mayreau, a small island in The Grenadines. We will sail our boat back to the Caribbean Islands in June and will arrive at "The Last Bar Before The Jungle" before July 5. On board we will bring a solar system for power, tents and other essentials to stay on property with the intention to build a fence around the land, design and implement a landscaping plan, and build platforms on which to put tents (glamping style). The vision at this time is to create a very low-key, eco-resort ready for tourists for the coming season (Dec 2023 - May 2024). 

The island is around the corner from the Tobago Keys, one of the world's best site for swimming with turtles and extensive coral reefs. Union Island is the next closest island. 

There are a couple of hotels on Mayreau, too, if you wish to join us for a few days, a week, or the entire month, but also vacation more luxuriously. Renting boats with cabins and kitchens is a great option, too. 

Closest airports are St Vincent (SVD), Grenada (GND) and Barbados (BGI - if you are coming from Europe...)
